Unity 12 takes accessible conferences very seriously, with kind, welcoming and supportive staff who make it our business to understand your needs and ensure your conference at Unity 12 is a complete success. As a Community Interest Company, we work hard to ensure you get all
the latest conference facilities and equipment levels, but at a price you can
afford. Stadium quality, at church hall prices! 7 or 70 delegates? breakout rooms?
Catering? We can meet all your needs. Most importantly, we
take access for granted. We believe
that all conferences should be accessible
to all people, no matter what their
needs. Our specialty is access for Disabled People. Our premises are fully accessible
and we provide free of charge induction
loop systems which work all the time,
whether your conference includes Deaf people
or not. We believe that by providing
accessible premises and automatic loop
systems ‘as a given’, Disabled People will
be encouraged to attend your
conference safe in the knowledge that they
can expect it to be accessible, without
having to ask, and most importantly
without the embarrassment when
equipment doesn’t work—we’ve all been
there haven’t we! Unity 12’s conference facilities
enable you to easily meet your legal duties to ensure that Disabled People
are not treated less favourably. Obviously, access is not just about
equipment, it is about attitude and commitment as well. We will willingly
advise you on all aspects of accessibility, from Sign Language Interpreters to Easy Read Formats,
customer service, Dietary issues and many other issues. We make ‘access’,
